2. Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages, or stains that may not be entirely remedied through our standard cleaning processes. We recommend notifying us of any significant issues in advance.
3. Valuables and Fragile Items: Clients are advised to secure or remove valuable or fragile items from the cleaning area before our team begins work. While we take utmost care, we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage.
4. Completion Time: The duration of the cleaning process is an estimate and mayvary based on factors such as the size and condition of the property. We will do our best to complete the job efficiently without compromising on quality.
5. Client Presence: Clients are not required to be present during the cleaning, but if they choose to be, we kindly ask for cooperation to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted cleaning process.
6. Clear Communication: To ensure a comprehensive cleaning experience, clients are required to clearly communicate specific cleaning requirements, priorities, and any areas of concern before the commencement of the cleaning process.
7. Refrigerator and Freezer Prep: To enhance cleaning efficiency, kindly turn off refrigerators and freezers a day prior to our service. Failure to do so mayimpede thorough inside cleaning. Client responsibility for optimal results.
8. Cupboards with Items: Our cleaning services do not include cleaning cupboards or storage spaces that have personal items within them. Clients are responsible for emptying such spaces before our team arrives.
9. Exterior Cleaning: Our services are limited to the interior of the property. Wedonotundertake any exterior cleaning work, including outdoor spaces or surfaces.
10. Resettling Dust: While we strive to minimize dust during our cleaning process, we are not responsible for dust resettling after our service is complete. It is advisable to keep the property well-ventilated to facilitate the dissipation of airborne particles. Please note that multiple cleaning sessions may be necessary to completely eliminate residual dust.
11. Move-In Ready Guarantee: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the removal of every little mark. However, we do guarantee that the property will be in a good, clean condition and ready for someone to move into.
12. Satisfaction Guarantee: Just Cleaned is committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of the completion of the cleaning. We will promptly address any concerns and, if necessary, schedule a follow-up visit to ensure your satisfaction at no additional charge.
13. Hot Water Disclaimer: While we always aim for top-notch cleaning, please note that the absence of hot water may impact the standard of our service. We'll do our best to ensure quality results, but we appreciate your understanding if conditions are not optimal.
14. Liability: Just Cleaned is insured and bonded, but clients are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for valuable or irreplaceable items.
